All our raw material originates from the waters around Iceland and the Faroe Islands, which are amongst the cleanest in the world.

Hand filleting is our first priority, but we also manage machine filleting.

A Quality Management System (HACCP) has been implemented in our factories. This system has been approved by the Faroese and Icelandic Hygienic Institute, which is our Inspection Authority.

The Icelandic and Faroese Food Act has been recognized by the EU-Authorities to be equivalent to the EU-legislation.

Every week we export goods to our customers on the European Continent and elsewhere.
